Exciting news,
I am almost at the point where my website will be up and running soon.
I have written an eBook, entitled "How to detox your body the Macro(Macrobitoic)way". The eBook has been edited for the final time and is now off to the grpahic designer to be completed ready for publication...Wow..Its been a fun project so far.
Once the website has gone live, I will be offering coaching support around the detoxing process. I have had several clients lately who have indicated to me that they have brought products planning to do a detox on their own, but then felt unsupported and a bit wary of trying in on their own. Thats where I come in. I plan to offer a range of levels of coaching, including a 1 on 1 coaching program at the high end.
Mt detox eBook covers, detoxing for a 30 day period, it includes information on the following topics; bodycare, body scrub instructions, how to use aromatic oils to assisit in the detox process. A series of free recipes. Shopping lists to assist you to plan for this special time.
At this time in the world people are scared and the fear creates a "stuckness" where we feel unable to move forward. It is my intention to assist by encouraging my detox clients to shift the stuck energy with the use of food and wellness..
We all know that where there is clutter in our homes we know the energy gets stuck.. its the same in our own bodies..Watch this space and we will be live soon.
