Meditation:Try This FREE download..

Meditation:You might like this...

I have recently started meditating regularly.  I have

wanted to do this for some time and never made it a

priority so decided the time is now.

My friend in the UK, Wendy Aurleia has a

meditation recording that she offers for  FREE

http://chirb.it/J4y0Cb

and I wanted to pass this on as I have often heard clients say they can't still their minds etc...

So here is a short its 20 minutes meditation I think you might enjoy..

Let me know how you get on.

Kind wish

Meditation: My New Muse...

I have started doing a daily meditation exercise first thing in my mornings...I thought I would share with you the process I use. It comes from my friend Wendy Aridela's new book "Living At the Crossroads"...available on Amazon kindle.

LISTENING TO THE SILENCE
Please take note - I love this meditation but I
find it does change your state quite a lot. So
don't do it when you're driving, operating
machinery, looking after little kids, etc!
1. Get comfortable - sit, lie, recline, kneel,
whatever.

2. You can either listen to music, or to the
sounds of nature - great outside on a warm day!
- or to ordinary background sounds like traffic,
and street noises.
3. Just relax and listen. Keep listening for the
most subtle sound you can hear.
4. Whenever you hear a quieter, more subtle
sound in the background, focus on that.
5. Keep going as long as you like - this is really
great, however long you do it, so long as you
can stay focused.
6. If you keep going long enough, you may
start to hear the vast, deep silence behind all
the sounds. If you hear it, listen to it and go
deeper. (If you don't, enjoy the sounds
anyway.

Try it out and let me know how you get on...

Kind wish
